Transfer calls to any phone – in or out of the office.

Send and receive faxes through your email – easy to share, easy to print.

Call Forwarding
Forward calls to your cell phone when you are out of the office.

Do Not Disturb
In the groove and cant be disturbed? Hit the DND button and all calls will be sent directly to voicemail.

Advanced Features

Auto attendant (IVR)
An IVR (Interactive Voice Response) feature that provides automatic caller directory support (Press 1 for Customer Service, Press 2 for Sales, etc…). Hold music and voice-overs can be customized to suit your needs.

Follow-Me
Allows you to enable call-forwarding from your extension to another extension (if you are working at a different desk, for instance) without having to do it from your own phone.

Call Conferencing
Set up conferences easily, have people dial in, hold meetings over the phone. Our system has built in call conferencing which connects multiple meeting attendees, both in or out of the office, No need to pay a 3rd party for conference features, our system has it built in.

Call Center Capabilities

Allows the user to call several or all the available extensions in the same time. The called extensions will hear the caller's announcements whether they pick up the phone or not.

Call Screening
The Screening feature allows you to define phone numbers that cannot be called by the respective phone terminal extension, or allows for extensions which can only be called by entering a specific pin number.
